CoreTubeプライバシーポリシー
CoreTube(以下「本サービス」)は、Web Lifestyle studio(以下「運営者」)が提供する、ユーザーが登録したチャンネルとキーワードに一致する YouTube の公開動画を表示する学習用アプリです。本ポリシーは、本サービスが扱う情報とその取り扱いを説明します。
1. YouTube API サービスの利用
本サービスは YouTube API サービス(YouTube API Services)を利用しています。本サービスを利用することで、YouTube 利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。YouTube および Google による情報の取り扱いには Google プライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
2. 取得・保存する情報
- Google アカウントの識別子とメールアドレス:Google ログインで本人を識別するために取得し、サーバーに保存します。パスワードは受け取りません。Google のアクセストークンはサーバーに保存しません(本人確認のため最大5分間、確認結果のみを一時的に保持します)。
- Apple ID の識別子・メールアドレス・名前(iPhone で「Apple でサインイン」を使った場合):本人を識別するために取得し、サーバーに保存します。メールアドレスを非公開にした場合は、Apple が発行する中継用アドレスを受け取ります。名前は初回のサインイン時にだけ、表示のために受け取ります。あわせて、アカウントを削除したときに Apple 側の連携を取り消すため、Apple が発行するトークンを保存します(削除時に Apple へ取り消しを依頼し、あわせて消去します)。
- ログイン状態:ログイン後、本サービスが発行する有効期限つき(約30日)のログイン情報を、端末内(ブラウザではブラウザ内のストレージ、アプリでは端末の安全な保存領域)に保存します。
- 登録ソースとお気に入り:登録したチャンネル・キーワード、お気に入りのフォルダと動画の公開情報(タイトル・サムネイル等)を、ログインしたアカウントに紐づけてサーバーに保存します。
- 非表示にしたチャンネル:動画画面の「このチャンネルを表示しない」で選んだチャンネルの一覧は、アカウントごとにこの端末内にだけ保存し、サーバーには送りません。
- 検索語:動画・チャンネルの検索時に、検索語をサーバー経由で YouTube に送信します。検索語をアカウントに紐づけて記録することはありません。同じ検索への YouTube の応答(公開情報)は、API の利用量を抑えるため、アカウントと紐づけずに最大7日間程度キャッシュします。
- IP アドレス:過剰なアクセスを防ぐため、IP アドレスごとのアクセス回数を最大1日程度記録します。
- 端末内のデータ:表示言語と、本サービスの利用説明への同意状態は、端末(ブラウザ)内にのみ保存します。
3. 利用目的
取得した情報は、本サービスの提供(ログイン、登録内容の保存と同期、動画の検索と表示)、不正利用の防止、および障害対応のためにのみ利用します。広告配信やプロファイリングには利用せず、情報を販売することはありません。
4. 第三者への提供・委託
- Google(YouTube を含む):ログイン、および動画情報の取得のために検索語や登録チャンネルを送信します。
- Apple Inc.:iPhone で「Apple でサインイン」を使う場合の本人確認のために利用します。
- Cloudflare, Inc.:本サービスのホスティングとデータベースを提供しており、運営者の委託に基づき情報を処理します。
法令に基づく場合を除き、これら以外の第三者に情報を提供することはありません。
5. YouTube の埋め込みプレーヤーと Cookie
動画の再生には YouTube 公式の埋め込みプレーヤーを使用します。再生時には YouTube(Google)が Cookie の保存や端末情報の収集、広告の表示を行う場合があります。これらは Google のポリシーに基づいて扱われます。本サービス自体は広告や分析のための Cookie を使用しません。
6. 保存期間と削除
- アカウントに紐づく情報は、ユーザーが削除するまで保存します。アプリの「設定」→「アカウントを削除」で、いつでも直ちに削除できます。
- 本サービスへの Google のアクセス許可は、Google アカウントの「サードパーティ製のアプリとサービス」からいつでも取り消せます。
- 「アカウントを削除」を実行すると、登録ソースとお気に入りに加えて、サーバー上のアカウント情報(識別子・メールアドレス・名前)も削除します。
- アカウントを削除しても、Google・Apple・YouTube のアカウント自体、ブラウザの Cookie は削除されません。Apple でサインインの連携は、iPhone の「設定」→ 自分の名前 →「サインインとセキュリティ」→「Apple でサインイン」から解除できます。
7. 子どもの利用
本サービスは13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。
8. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページで告知します。重要な変更は、アプリ内でもお知らせします。

Privacy Policy
CoreTube (the "Service") is a study app provided by Web Lifestyle studio (the "Operator") that shows public YouTube videos matching the channels and keywords you register. This policy explains what information the Service handles and how.
1. Use of YouTube API Services
The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy applies to how YouTube and Google handle information.
2. Information we collect and store
- Google account identifier and email address: collected through Google sign-in to identify you and stored on our server. We never receive your password. Google access tokens are not stored on our server (only the verification result is cached for up to five minutes).
- Apple ID identifier, email address and name (when you use Sign in with Apple on iPhone): collected to identify you and stored on our server. If you choose to hide your email, we receive Apple's private relay address. Your name is received only on your first sign-in, for display. We also store the token Apple issues so that, when you delete your account, we can ask Apple to revoke the connection (it is deleted at the same time).
- Sign-in state: after you sign in, a sign-in token issued by the Service (valid for about 30 days) is stored on your device (browser storage on the web, the device's secure storage in the app).
- Sources and favorites: the channels and keywords you register, and your favorite folders with public video information (title, thumbnail, etc.), stored on our server under the account you signed in with.
- Hidden channels: the list of channels you choose to hide with “Hide this channel” on the video screen is stored per account on your device only and is not sent to our server.
- Search terms: sent through our server to YouTube when you search. They are not recorded against your account. YouTube's public responses to identical requests are cached for up to about seven days, not linked to any account, to limit API usage.
- IP address: request counts per IP address are kept for about one day to prevent abuse.
- On-device data: your display language and your acknowledgement of the Service's notice are stored only on your device (browser).
3. How we use information
Information is used only to provide the Service (sign-in, saving and syncing your registrations, searching and showing videos), to prevent abuse, and to fix problems. It is not used for advertising or profiling and is never sold.
4. Sharing and processors
- Google (including YouTube): for sign-in, and to retrieve video information we send search terms and registered channels.
- Apple Inc.: used to verify your identity when you use Sign in with Apple on iPhone.
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosts the Service and its database and processes information on the Operator's behalf.
We do not share information with any other third party except where required by law.
5. YouTube embedded player and cookies
Videos play in YouTube's official embedded player. During playback YouTube (Google) may store cookies, collect device information and show ads, under Google's policies. The Service itself does not use cookies for advertising or analytics.
6. Retention and deletion
- Data linked to your account is kept until you delete it. You can delete it at any time in the app under Settings → "Delete account".
- You can revoke the Service's access at any time from Third-party apps & services in your Google Account.
- "Delete account" deletes your account record (identifier, email and name) from our server, along with your sources and favorites.
- Deleting your account does not delete your Google, Apple or YouTube account or your browser cookies. You can stop using Sign in with Apple for the Service in iPhone Settings → your name → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13.
8. Changes
We will post changes to this policy on this page and announce significant changes in the app.
