CoreTube利用規約
この利用規約(以下「本規約」)は、Web Lifestyle studio(以下「運営者」)が提供する CoreTube(以下「本サービス」)の利用条件を定めます。本サービスを利用した時点で、本規約とプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなします。
1. サービスの内容
本サービスは、ユーザーが登録したチャンネルとキーワードに一致する YouTube の公開動画を一覧にし、YouTube 公式の埋め込みプレーヤーで再生する学習用アプリです。本サービスは YouTube や Google が提供・承認するものではありません。
2. YouTube 利用規約への同意
本サービスは YouTube API サービスを利用しています。本サービスを利用するには、YouTube 利用規約に同意する必要があります。動画の再生、広告、関連動画、YouTube へのリンク等は YouTube の提供するものであり、本サービスはこれらを非表示にしたり改変したりしません。
3. アカウント
本サービスの利用には Google アカウントでのログインが必要です。ユーザーは自身のアカウントを適切に管理するものとします。
4. 禁止事項
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
- 本サービスや YouTube に過度な負荷をかける行為、自動化された手段による大量のアクセス
- 本サービスを通じて動画をダウンロード・抽出・複製しようとする行為
- 本サービスの運営を妨げる行為、不正アクセス、他人になりすます行為
- YouTube 利用規約その他 Google の規約に違反する行為
5. コンテンツの権利
本サービスで表示される動画・サムネイル・チャンネル情報の権利は、各権利者および YouTube に帰属します。本サービスはそれらの権利を取得・許諾するものではありません。
6. 表示内容について
一覧は登録された条件に一致するものを表示しますが、学習に無関係な動画やショート動画が含まれないことを保証するものではありません。検索結果や動画情報の正確性・完全性も保証しません。
7. サービスの変更・停止
運営者は、事前の通知なく本サービスの内容を変更し、または提供を中断・終了することがあります。YouTube API の利用上限その他の理由により、機能が一時的に使えなくなることがあります。
8. 免責
本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供され、中断やエラーがないことを保証しません。法令上許容される最大限の範囲で、運営者は本サービスの利用に起因する間接的・付随的・結果的損害について責任を負いません。適用法令上制限できない責任について、本規約はこれを制限するものではありません。
9. 規約の変更
運営者は本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約はこのページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。重要な変更はアプリ内でもお知らせします。
10. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに起因または関連する紛争は、運営者の主たる事業所の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of CoreTube (the "Service") provided by Web Lifestyle studio (the "Operator"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
The Service lists public YouTube videos matching the channels and keywords you register and plays them in YouTube's official embedded player. The Service is not provided or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
2. YouTube Terms of Service
The Service uses YouTube API Services. To use the Service you must agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Playback, ads, related videos and links to YouTube are provided by YouTube; the Service does not hide or alter them.
3. Accounts
Signing in with a Google account is required. You are responsible for your account.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Anything unlawful or against public order
- Placing excessive load on the Service or YouTube, including automated bulk access
- Attempting to download, extract or copy videos through the Service
- Interfering with the Service, unauthorized access, or impersonation
- Violating the YouTube Terms of Service or other Google terms
5. Content rights
Videos, thumbnails and channel information shown in the Service belong to their respective owners and YouTube. The Service grants no rights to them.
6. What is shown
Lists show items matching your registered conditions, but we do not guarantee that unrelated videos or Shorts are excluded, nor the accuracy or completeness of search results and video information.
7. Changes and suspension
The Operator may change, suspend or end the Service without notice. Features may be temporarily unavailable due to YouTube API limits or other reasons.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes to these Terms
The Operator may update these Terms. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page; significant changes will also be announced in the app.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes arising from or relating to the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's principal place of business.
